ROK Sees Big Drop in Q1 Net Income

ROK's net income came in 25% lower than it did in its year-ago Q1. It lowered its 2009 earnings guidance, citing worldwide factory closures as the cause, and also announced it will no longer pay a cash dividend to shareholders.
