Moody's upgrades Amazon.com to investment-grade

"NEW YORK (AP) -- Moody's Investors Service upgraded Amazon.com Inc.'s credit rating to investment-grade Wednesday, citing the company's ability to turn a profit despite harsh economic conditions for most retailers. Amazon shares climbed $3.11, or 5 percent, to $64.81 in afternoon trading."
