If asked for a letter stating that it was their fault for non availability of service you will be shown the doors. Whereas we would be given credit limit and so on and will get disconnected even before the due date for payment of the bill citing reason that "credit limit has reached make a partial payment to restore services" I am currently facing the problem with Aircel for this. We will be left out at the mercy of the service provider for even small issues and they are going to dictate terms to the subscribers"
