Rice is a cereal grain and one of the most widely consumed footstuffs throughout the world.
Rough Rice futures contracts are traded on the Chicago Board of Trade under ticker symobl RR and are delivered every year in January, March, May, July, September, and November. (For more information on commodity tickers, check out the commodity ticker construction page.)
