One advantage for HD-DVD is that the existing DVD printing facilities only require an upgrade to burn the new format, while facilities must buy all new equipment to burn Blu-Ray.

But maybe Sony learned a lesson from Beta vs. VHS...and we all know who won that.

Still a tough call...after this Blockbuster announcement.
