I think this needs some clean up. I work at Yahoo, so it shouldn't be me for the sake of objectivity.
1) Yahoo has a very strong commitment to developing nations. It's a critical part of it's growth strategy. Saying that it will lose because of China's internet growth doesn't make sense to me, and it isn't explained in the article.
2) How can Yahoo be both in the winners and losers sections? They will either benefit or not.
3) This speaks to Search Engine traffic, as if it's the only type of traffic. This is heavily biased towards Google, which is a search engine company. There are other types of traffic that matter. For example, Yahoo Mail and IM are the dominant methods of communication in under developed asain countries. Yahoo is the dominant internet Brand in these countries as a result.
