The IDC slide used in this section is totally out of context. It comes from a report that is not referenced that I can see

Rather than delete old data / images, add a caption or provide a new image

There's been a bit of back and forth over a few images on this page. Rather than simply deleting the images, add a caption to the image (see Images for more information about adding captions). Outdated data isn't incorrect data. It just requires context.
