I think the title of this article is somewhat misleading. I expected some information on specific legislation, either in place or pending, aimed at actual Chinese trade practices. Instead the article is about two long standing laws that "may" be applied in this situation. And even here, no specific situations were given where these laws were applied to protect American interests against Chinese business practices. The article needs to be retitled as a general overview of anti-dumping laws or some specific examples of legislation or lawsuits against Chinese companies should be included.
