Butter futures are traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange under ticker symbol DB in cents per pound. Unlike many other commodities on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, butter futures contracts are not traded electronically.
Butter futures are delivered every year in March, May, July, September, October, & December.
