Contract Size
One COMEX miNY Copper futures contract on the COMEX division of the NYMEX is 12,500 pounds.[1]
On the CME Globex electronic platform: 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.[1]
Last Trading Day
Trading terminates at the close of business on the third to last business day of the month preceding the named contract month..[1]
Grade 1 electrolytic copper conforming to the specification B115 as to chemical and physical requirements, as adopted by the American Society for Testing and Materials, and of a brand approved and listed by the Exchange.[1]
