Redirects

A redirect is a link that, when you land on a certain page (say Page A), takes you to a different page (Page B).

To make a redirect, type the following on your Page A equivalent:

#redirect [[Page B]]
or to redirect to a section,
#redirect [[Page B#Section C]]

Here's a redirect you can click on: Style guide. It redirects you to the page Style Guidelines.

Use redirects when a lot of people have linked to a nonexistent Page A that is similar to but not the same as Page B. For instance, if there is a definition already made for "pipeline" but not for "pipelines," put a redirect tag on the faulty "pipelines" page that takes you to the main "pipeline" page.
