The Ten Companies BRIDGES Basket Value Index (TPN) is an equal dollar weighted Index representing the value of the basket of common stocks underlying the BRIDGES due February 28, 2009 Based on the Value of Common Stock of Ten Companies, which is listed on the Amex under the ticker symbol “TPS”. The long-term debt of each of the ten companies was rated in the highest category by the nationally recognized statistical rating organizations at the time the index was initially constructed. The Ten Companies BRIDGES Basket Value Index was established with a benchmark value of 10.00 at the close of trading on August 22, 2002.
