The long-term debt of each of the ten companies was rated in the highest category by the nationally recognized statistical rating organizations at the time the index was initially constructed. The Ten Companies BRIDGES Basket Value for TPA was established with a benchmark value of 10.00 at the close of trading on November 21, 2002.
