More centralized government means less hassling and debating during legistlations, 2. More Rainforest that they CAN and WILL clear to use for the growing of biofuel crops, 3. Less gas-dependent automobiles than the US means that it is easier to test and switch to biofuel-driven cars and buses. So unless you're buying foreign, don't buy.
