Noble Drilling is not the best company to work, benefits by Noble are bad, lot of people leaving European Division of Noble Drilling due to low British Pound (salaries are payd in GBP) and majority of crews live in Euro monetary zone... Top management doing NOTHING to solve this situation. There comes more and more green hands and Noble Drilling becomes low-attitude companu like Ensco.

The method of turning $10 million into $320 million implies that the tasks of negotiating exploration licenses, finding drill locations with oil, and drilling wells with a 50% success rate do not require millions of dollars worth of work, education, experience, and luck. With a 50% success rate, I emphasize luck.
