what is the line of the chart showing? Is it the chronological fluctuation of TED spread? But the explanation under the chart seems to have no direct bearing to it.

ON LINE E TRADING QUESTION November 13 2008 Sir, If you where absolutely ignorant of banks and investment – and I do mean really ignorant, where would you start. I mean I can at least count from one to ten, so its not a total lost, but my terminology in talking the language of money is really flat zero – I’m ashamed to say.
