REDF has been on the relative strength list for some time, but I have to confess to not paying much attention to it. It built a cup shaped base starting back in January, and started forming the right side of the base about a month ago. The base was rather deep, but still well above the 200dma. I like to see a base form a handle before a breakout, indicating a shakeout is going on, but we didn't get one here, which might be a sign of over exhuberance. The price relative is decently strong....
