ATLANTA, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: AGL) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2009.
The dividend payment will mark the 248th consecutive quarterly dividend the company has paid since 1948.
