Perquisites and Other Personal Benefits Each of the NEOs receives various perquisites and other personal benefits which the Committee believes are customary for executive officers of a company the size and stature of the Company and appropriate to provide a competitive overall compensation package to the Companys NEOs. These include reimbursement for tax planning services, financial planning services, mandatory annual physical evaluations, and, for certain NEOs, reimbursement for some country club and/or dining club dues not used exclusively for business entertainment purposes. While the value of these perquisites and other personal benefits are not considered by the Committee to be a material component of the overall compensation package of an NEO, to the extent that their aggregate amount is greater than $10,000 for any NEO, the perquisites and personal benefits provided to NEOs are disclosed in the All Other Compensation column of the Summary Compensation Table beginning on page 40 of this Proxy Statement.
