AllianceBernstein Announces January 31, 2012 Assets Under Management
 
New York, NY, February 10, 2012 – AllianceBernstein L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management increased to $421 billion from $406 billion during January 2012. The 4% increase was due to market appreciation partially offset by net outflows, which were lower across the firm’s three distribution channels.
