Though Apple signed an "iron-clad" EXCLUSIVE IPHONE contract with ATT, which does not expire for another two full years,

EVERYONE knows Apple can not be trusted and certainly will find a way to break its agreement early. That's what one money manager has told the media over & over again.

Listen to ALL the rumors that that money manager recently spread about ATT going to lose its exclusivity in early 2010 and then JUNE and NOW he is telling us by Christmas Verizon will have a Iphone.

HE must know something because people are trusting him to invest billions of their money. Of course, maybe he invests their money like Madoff did.

It could be possible that money manager is in some kind of financial bind and is shorting ATT in a desperate attempt to avoiding a need to fake his own death.

Seriously, would a money manager spread false rumors to scare people? Why?

Ridiculous? We must conclude he learned that APPLE actually found a loophole in their 5 year agreement and can end it anytime. We must all too believe their are little elves at the North Pole manufacturing Verizon's Christmas release Iphone too.

Seriously, have you ever heard of a money manager purposely spreading false rumors?

The end of the IPHONE exclusive contract will be announced any day now. When that is officially announced the stock of AT&T will plunge several dollars immediately wiping out billions of capitalization instantly.

Then for each quarter, investors will be highly cautious

as to the effect on AT&T keeping the shares at record low prices for at least a year until the full effect is known

UNCERTAINTY is HATED by investors! AT&T stock is going to be a certain loser for about a year and considering how high the stock is now, we have a long ways down.

The acknowledged certainty of AT&T exclusivity ending in weeks now, will create a HUGE GREY CLOUD of uncertainty for at least a year for investors.

Investors will immediately SELL this stock when the news becomes official and for all year, the stock will be a DOG, as no one wants to rish owning it until the effect on earnings is seen in at least 3 quarters of earnings.

ALL 2011 AT&T will be a DOG!!

Just like it was last year, but it will actually close down for the year.

NOW, is the HIGH!

These are in a potentially precarious position because they are in increasingly competitive areas and face technology substitution. While AT&T has several innovative initiatives on deck, their success is not assured. If these projects (including Project Lightspeed and video services) do not achieve their goals, AT&T could face serious competition from new entrants and new technologies.
