Section 2.2 Annual Meetings.

The annual meetings of the stockholders of the corporation, for the purpose of election of directors and for such other business as may lawfully come before it, shall be held on such date and at such time as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors or, if not so designated, then at 10:00 a.m. on the third day of March in each year if not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday, at the same hour and place on the next succeeding day not a holiday.
