Employees may not receive business-related gifts or provide business-related gifts, meals, travel or entertainment (in cash or in kind). Employees may however receive or provide a business courtesy (nominal value which is defined as an amount not to exceed $25) for a (i) lifetime event, including but not limited to, a death, birth or marriage of the employee/vendor or a close family member, or (ii) religious holiday. It is never appropriate or permissible to accept or give cash or a cash equivalent from or to a vendor, supplier or customer outside the Companys normal business.
