The loss of operating diversification could adversely affect our financial position and operations.

Old Abraxis’ diversification resulting from operating the hospital-based products business alongside the proprietary products business tended to mitigate financial and operational volatility. The separation has eliminated that diversification, and we may experience increased volatility in terms of cash flow and operating results.
