Reacquisition costs In November 2008, we entered into an agreement under which we would, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, reacquire exclusive rights to market Abraxane® in the United States. In accordance with this agreement, the Co-Promotion Agreement ended effective January 2009 and we agreed to pay AstraZeneca a $268.0 million fee by March 31, 2009.
