In the event that title to all or any material part of the Premises shall be taken for any public or quasi-public use under any statute or right of eminent domain, or by private purchase in lieu thereof, either party may terminate this Lease on the date of transfer of such title. 16.2 Notice of Service of Process. Each party shall give the other immediate notice of the service on them or either of them of any legal process in connection with any such condemnation proceedings. Each party shall execute and deliver to the other all reasonable instruments that may be reasonably required to effectuate the provisions hereof.
