ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 04/22/09 -- NASDAQ has determined to delist Action Products
International (NASDAQ: APII) from the NASDAQ stock market under Listing
Rule 5210(d). Additionally, under Rule 5810(b), the company is required to
make a public announcement through the news media, which discloses receipt
of a letter and the Nasdaq rules upon which the delisting is based.
Basically, the company has elected to not pay listing fees. The company has
elected not to appeal the NASDAQ decision.
The common stock may trade in the Bulletin Board or Pink sheet market
depending on circumstances. The company has been public since 1984.
