Attending and Voting at the Annual Meeting

        You should be prepared to present a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver's license, state-issued ID card or passport, to gain admittance to the Annual Meeting. In addition, if you are a stockholder of record, your ownership as of the record date will be verified by reference to our records prior to admittance into the Annual Meeting. If you hold shares in street name through a broker, bank or other nominee, you must provide proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date, such as a brokerage account statement or similar evidence of ownership. If you do not provide valid photo identification and comply with the other procedures outlined above, you may not be admitted to the Annual Meeting.         Stockholders of record who wish to vote in person at the Annual Meeting must request a ballot at the meeting. Street-name holders who wish to vote in person at the Annual Meeting will need to obtain a proxy from the broker, bank or other nominee that holds their shares of record.
