Awards to Employees, Directors and Others.  Participants who receive (i) Options under Article 4 hereof or share appreciation rights under Article 5 (“Optionees”), and (ii) any other Awards granted under the Plan shall consist of such officers, employees, consultants, advisors, and directors (“Directors”)  of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates as the Committee (as defined in Section 3.2 below) shall select from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
