Covenant Not to Shop.  During the Term, you shall not seek or negotiate for employment with any entity or person outside of the Activision Group. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the final six (6) months of the Term you may seek or negotiate employment outside of the Activision Group upon written notice to the Employer. During the search process you shall remain strictly subject to your continuing obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, your duty of loyalty, compliance with the Employer’s policies and your confidentiality obligations.
