Disposition of Stock Options and Restricted Shares Upon Termination.  Upon termination of your employment for any reason, the following terms shall apply to the stock options issued to you pursuant to this Agreement under Paragraphs 2(e) and (f) and Restricted Shares issued to you pursuant to Paragraph 2(g), respectively:
