Net revenues from sales of titles for the Xbox increased 5% from $196.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2005 to $205.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 and held steady as a percentage of publishing net revenues at 18%. The increase was primarily attributable to the strong performance of our first quarter fiscal 2006 Xbox exclusive release of Doom 3 which had no comparable Xbox exclusive title released in fiscal 2005. This increase was offset by increased provisions for returns and price protection in anticipation of quicker required pricing actions as a result of the introduction of the Xbox360, which is expected to result in a gradual slowdown in sales for the Xbox as customers upgrade or anticipate upgrading to the next-generation platform.

Net revenues from sales of titles for the Xbox increased 36% from $145.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2004 to $196.9 million for the year ended March 31, 2005.  Though the number of new Xbox titles remained relatively consistent from fiscal 2004 to fiscal 2005, we were able to increase our Xbox sales in both the North America and international markets.  The increase was primarily due to strong worldwide sales of several of our Xbox titles including THUG 2, Call of Duty: Finest Hour, X-Men Legends, Spider-Man 2, Shrek 2, Shark Tale, Greg Hastings’ Tournament Paintball, and Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2005.  The increase was also affected by an increased installed base of the Xbox due mainly to the price cuts on the Xbox hardware in calendar 2004.

Net revenues from sales of titles for the Xbox increased 93% from $75.3 million for the year ended March 31, 2003 to $145.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2004.  Though the number of new Xbox titles remained relatively consistent from fiscal 2003 to fiscal 2004, we were able to increase our Xbox sales in both the North America and international markets.  The increase is primarily due to strong worldwide sales of several of our Xbox titles including True Crime: Streets of L.A., Tony Hawk’s Underground, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Soldier of Fortune 2, X2: Wolverine’s Revenge, Tenchu: Return from Darkness and, in select European markets, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.  The increase was also due to an increased installed base of the Xbox.
