Required Public Filings.  Notwithstanding Sections 13.1 and 13.2, the parties acknowledge that this Agreement, or portions thereof, may be required under applicable law to be disclosed, as part of or an exhibit to a party’srequired public disclosure documents.  If either party is advised by its legal counsel that such disclosure is required, it will notify the other in writing and the parties will jointly seek confidential treatment of this Agreement to the maximum extent reasonably possible, in documents approved by both parties and filed with the applicable governmental or regulatory authorities, and/or Microsoft will prepare a redacted version of this Agreement for filing.
