Activision Blizzard (ATVI)

On November 5, 2008, Activision Blizzard, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the Company for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  As previously announced, the Company is hosting a conference call and Webcast in conjunction with that release.

As previously reported, on February 7, 2008, Company issued a press release announcing financial results for the Company for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007. Also on February 7, 2008, the Company hosted a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007.  A copy of the transcript of the conference call and Webcast is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
