directors, employees, agents, licensors or suppliers of any of such entities,
shall bear any risk, or have any responsibility or liability of any kind to
Publisher or to any third parties with respect to the quality, functionality,
operation or performance of, or the use or inability to use, all or any part of
the SCE Materials, the System, the Licensed Products or Units of Disc Products,
or for any software errors or “bugs” in Product Information included on SCE
Company demonstration discs.
