Warranty.  Publisher shall provide the original end user of any FPU a minimum warranty in accordancewith local laws and industry practices.  For example, in the United States, Publisher shall, as of the Effective Date, provide a minimum [*] limited warranty that the FPU will perform in accordance with its user documentation or Publisher will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement FPU at no charge.  Publisher may offer additional warranty coverage consistent with the traditions and practices of video game console game publishers within the applicable Sales Territory or as otherwise required by local law.
