Withdrawal Any participant may withdraw from an Offering Period under the Employee Purchase Plans at any time at least twenty (20) days prior to the end of an Offering Accumulation. Upon withdrawal from any Employee Purchase Plan, the accumulated payroll deductions, or Alternative Payments, as the case may be, shall be returned, without interest, to the withdrawn employee and his or her interest in such Employee Purchase Plan shall terminate. In the event an employee voluntarily elects to withdraw from an Employee Purchase Plan, he or she may not resume his or her participation in such Employee Purchase Plan during the same Offering Period, but he or she may participate in any Offering Period under such Employee Purchase Plan which commences on a date subsequent to such withdrawal by timely filing a new authorization for payroll deductions or committing to make Alternative Payments, as the case may be. |
