Mr. Womble joined Acxiom in 1974 and serves as the Company’s global development leader where he oversees global strategy development, including partnerships and merger and acquisition activity outside of the United States. He previously served for 13 years as a client services leader, overseeing relationships with Acxiom clients in major industries, including financial services, health and government. During his career at Acxiom, Mr. Womble has worked in several capacities, including application programming design and implementation, sales and client services. He served on the Acxiom board of directors from 1975 to 2005 and has been an officer since 1975. Prior to joining Acxiom, he was employed by IBM as a systems engineer and marketing representative. Mr. Womble is a member of the board of trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center. He holds a
degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas.
