Our primary customers for our cataract / implant and laser vision correction
products include surgeons who perform eye surgeries, hospitals and ambulatory
surgical centers. The primary customers for our eye care products include
optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists, retailers and clinics that sell
directly to consumers. These retailers include mass merchandisers such as
Wal-Mart, drug store chains such as Walgreen, hospitals, commercial optical
chains and food stores. During 2006, 2005 and 2004, no customer accounted for
over 10% of our net sales.
