11. Employee Retirement Savings Plans
The Company has a pretax savings and profit-sharing plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) (the Plan) for substantially all domestic employees. Under the Plan, eligible employees are able to contribute up to the maximum IRC deferral amount. In 2006, the Company began discretionary contributions match up to 2% of a participants compensation. The Companys contributions under this plan were approximately $354,000 in 2006.
In 2006, the Company established a similar plan for employees in Spain and Ireland. Under the plan, eligible employees are able to contribute up to 15% of their compensation. In 2006, the Companys discretionary contributions matched up to 2% of a participants compensation. The Companys contributions under these plans were approximately $11,000.
