New Plan Benefits At this time, we cannot determine the amount of incentive awards under the Amended 2004 Plan, if approved, that will be granted in the future. Grants under the plan will be made at the discretion of the compensation committee or the board, and, accordingly, are not yet determinable. In addition, benefits under the plan will depend on a number of factors, including the fair market value of our common stock on future dates and the exercise decisions made by participants. Consequently, it is not possible to determine the benefits that might be received by participants of incentive awards that will be made thereunder during 2008 or the incentive awards that would have been made thereunder during 2007 had the Amended 2004 Plan been in effect. In 2007, only one officer, Mr. Lambert, and three directors (Messrs. Palmisano, Morfit and Heinrich) were eligible to receive incentive awards under the 2004 Stock Incentive Plan. 2007 awards under the 2004 Stock Incentive Plan are summarized below:
