None of the provisions in this document are intended to confer any contractual or special rights or privileges upon specific individuals. Employment by the Company is at will, which means that either the Company or the employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason not prohibited by statute. All employment is continued on that basis regardless of the level achieved in the Company or your years of seniority.
