Manufacturing. From February 2003 to December 2003, Mr. Nolan
was our Senior Vice President, Operations, and from May 2002 to January 2003,
Mr. Nolan served as Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining us, Mr. Nolan
was employed by GN ReSound Corporation since 1994, where from 1998 to 2002 he
held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Operations. From 1996 to
1998, he was Vice President of Manufacturing, in addition to serving as General
Manager of ReSound Ireland Ltd. From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Nolan held a number
of management positions with Wang Laboratories Ireland B.V., including General
Manager, Manufacturing Manager and Manager, European Software and Manufacturing
Distribution Center. Prior to joining Wang Laboratories, Mr. Nolan held
various manufacturing and materials management positions
