Sovereign Compact system is manufactured by Sanmina-SCI under a manufacturing and supply agreement, which terminates in December 2007. If Carl Zeiss Ophthalmic Systems or Sanmina-SCI were to cease manufacturing any of these systems for any reason, we cannot assure you that we would be able to replace them on terms favorable to us, or at all.
