Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR) develops, manufactures and sells systems which are designed to reduce the cost of testing flash, dynamic random access memory ("DRAM"), and other memory devices, and to perform reliability screening or burn-in of complex logic and memory devices. These systems can be used to simultaneously perform parallel testing and burn-in of packaged integrated circuits ("ICs"), singulated bare die, or ICs still in wafer form. The company is headquartered in Fremont, California.
Sales to the Company's five largest customers accounted for approximately 75.8%, 82.9%, and 73.1% of its net sales in fiscal 2007, 2006, and 2005, respectively. During fiscal 2007, Spansion Inc. and Texas Instruments accounted for 39.2% and 22.9% of the Company's net sales, respectively.
