Participation in the 2006 Employee Stock Purchase Plan Participation in the ESPP is voluntary and is dependent on each eligible employee’s election to participate and his or her determination as to the level of payroll deductions. Accordingly, future purchases under the ESPP are not determinable. Outside directors are not eligible to participate in the ESPP. No purchases have been made under the ESPP since its amendment by the Board. However, purchases were made under the ESPP prior to such amendment. The following table sets forth certain information regarding shares purchased under the ESPP during the last fiscal year and the payroll deductions accumulated at the end of the last fiscal year in accounts under the ESPP for each of the executive officers named in the Summary Compensation Table, for all current executive officers as a group and for all other employees who participated in the ESPP as a group: |
