of Business Conduct and Ethics by sending an email request to
investor@affymetrix.com. Waivers of the Code for executive officers and
directors may be granted only by the Board and will promptly be disclosed to
our stockholders. Waivers of the Code for other employees may only be granted
by our General Counsel. Amendments to the Code must be approved by the Board
and amendments of the Code applicable to the Chief Executive Officer and senior
executive officers will also be promptly disclosed to our stockholders.
