Hedging Agreements.   All obligations of any Borrower under Hedging Agreements to any Lender or any affiliate of a Lender shall be deemed to be Obligations guaranteed hereby (in each case unless otherwise agreed in writing by such Lender or affiliate of such Lender), and each Lender or affiliate of a Lender party to any such Hedging Agreement shall be deemed to be a Guaranteed Party hereunder.
