Notices.   Any notice required or permitted hereunder shall be given, (a) with respect to the Guarantors, at the address of the Borrowers indicated in Section 12.2 of the Credit Agreement and (b) with respect to the Agent or a Lender, at the Agent’s address indicated in Section 12.2 of the Credit Agreement. All such notices shall be given and shall be effective as provided in Section 12.2 of the Credit Agreement.
