On
September 21, 2007, Kevin Fackrell resigned as Chief Risk Officer of Aircastle
Limited (the “Company”) for personal reasons. The Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, Ron Wainshal, has assumed the duties
previously performed by the Chief Risk Officer until a replacement officer
is hired.
